Jim has the best prices and service around. He will come to your home or business and fix your computer/network without additional fees, (within a 20 mile radius of Carlisle). If it is not economical to fix your problem on site, Jim will take the computer/device to his office, repair it and bring it back to your place without extra charges. He will back up on 
CD any documents and files that you want saved complimentary with reinstallation of an operating system. If your system/ hard drive has crashed or important files have been deleted, he can recover files documents and photos at your request.
He will give you an overview of what your system has. He will recommend software/hardware for your needs. He can order discount computer equipment to your specifications. He can give you more in depth tutoring upon request. Initial phone consultations are free.
Service agreements are also available in two forms: yearly and prepaid. In each case, you commit to certain service purchase levels in exchange for discounted rates, priority service, and monthly up-dates.
